Job Overview:
UCSI Schools is seeking a passionate and experienced Business Studies & Economics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Spanish language lessons, fostering students' linguistic skills, and promoting cultural appreciation in a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Utilize interactive and communicative teaching methods to enhance language acquisition.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and reports while providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and immersive language-learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve the language curriculum.
- Participate in school activities, including extracurricular programs and cultural events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Studies, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., TESOL, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Business Studies & Economics.
- Must have HOD experience.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum (preferred but not mandatory).
- Passion for language learning, cultural exchange, and student engagement.
